01 Need Assessment

  • Demand information collection

    Customers provide core requirements, including product specifications, dimensions, materials, and performance indicators; Capacity requirements, first batch, monthly average, peak capacity; Quality standards, industry certifications such as ISO, and internal customer standards; Delivery cycle: First delivery time and subsequent supply frequency; Special requirements such as appearance design, packaging customization, intellectual property ownership, and confidentiality agreements.

  • Feasibility assessment

    Internal review: Organize R&D, production, procurement, and quality inspection teams to assess the feasibility of requirements—— Technical feasibility: Can the existing production line meet the process requirements; Is it necessary to add new equipment; Transform the process. Supply chain matching: whether raw materials can be purchased stably, such as whether there are qualified suppliers for special materials, and whether the procurement cycle meets delivery requirements; Cost estimation: Based on raw materials, labor, energy consumption, equipment depreciation, etc., preliminarily calculate the unit cost.

02 Specification Confirmation, Contract Signing

  • Core terms of the contract

    Product standards: Detailed technical agreements are attached to clarify the criteria for determining "qualified products"; Production and delivery: agree on the production batch plan, delivery location, logistics method, and penalty clauses for delayed delivery; Quality responsibility: clarify the warranty period, return and exchange process for quality issues, and the responsibility for rework/redo; Intellectual property rights: agree on the ownership of product design; Confidentiality clause: For sensitive information such as customer needs, product design, and production data, the confidentiality period and accountability for leaks shall be clearly defined.

03 Sample Development

  • Sample making

    OEM manufacturers produce samples according to technical agreements: prioritize the use of mass-produced raw materials and production lines of the same type to ensure consistency between samples and bulk products; Synchronize output of 'Sample Report': including production parameters and testing data.

  • Customer confirmation and iteration

    Customers can conduct testing on samples to verify whether their appearance, size, and performance meet the standards. They can commission a third-party testing agency to issue a report; Feedback modification suggestion: If the sample does not meet the standard (such as "surface scratches exceeding the standard" or "performance test not passing"), the OEM manufacturer needs to analyze the reasons. After adjustment, a second sample should be made until the customer signs the "Sample Confirmation Letter".

04 Material Preparation

  • Supply chain preparation

    Raw material procurement: place orders with qualified suppliers based on the BOM list (Bill of Materials), require material certification, quality inspection reports, and conduct incoming inspections;

  • Production plan formulation

    Production schedule: Based on customer delivery cycles, develop detailed production schedules and coordinate production lines, equipment, and personnel simultaneously; Process document solidification: Output the "Production Operation Manual" to clarify the operating standards and quality inspection nodes for each process.

05 Order Production

  • Production execution

    Start production according to the production schedule: first piece confirmation to ensure compliance with sample standards; Flexible adjustment: if the customer temporarily adjusts the order, it is necessary to evaluate the impact on the existing scheduling, and adjust the production plan after signing a supplementary agreement.

  • Whole process quality control

    Process inspection: Quality inspectors conduct inspections every 2 hours, record key parameters, and immediately adjust any deviations found; Exception handling: If there are batch defects, initiate the "Quality Exception Handling Process" - pause production → analyze the cause → develop corrective measures → verify the effectiveness of the measures → restart production; Data traceability: Record the production data of each batch of products through the PLM system to achieve "one piece, one code" traceability.

06 Finished Product Inspection

  • Full inspection/sampling inspection of finished products

    According to acceptable quality standards: Provide a 'Finished Product Inspection Report': including inspection results for appearance, performance, packaging, etc

  • Packaging and Logistics

    Packaging according to customer requirements: such as customized brand identification, moisture-proof/anti-static packaging; Logistics tracking: Select the logistics method specified by the customer, synchronize the logistics tracking number, and ensure that the customer can track in real time; When delivering, the customer needs to sign the 'Receipt Confirmation Form' to confirm that there are no abnormalities in the quantity and appearance.

07 Technical Support

  • After sales response

    Set up a dedicated after-sales contact person to respond to customer feedback within 7 * 24 hours; Quality problem handling: If it is indeed a production problem, provide a solution within 48 hours, analyze the root cause, and output a Corrective and Preventive Action Report to avoid recurrence.

  • Process optimization

    Regularly review with customers and adjust production plans based on feedback; Data precipitation: Input customer requirements, sample standards, production parameters, etc. into the system to form a "customer exclusive database", improving the efficiency of subsequent customization
