    Small Form Factor High-Power EDFA products feature compact size, high output power, and strong stability:
    • Compact Size: Utilizes miniaturization packaging technology (product size 60x60x15mm). Compact structure facilitates integration into various devices, saves space, suitable for scenarios with strict volume requirements (e.g., high-density data centers or miniaturized communication equipment).
    • High Power Output: Provides high saturated output power, typically ≥ +22.5dBm. Meets application requirements demanding high optical power, such as long-haul fiber transmission and high-power distribution in CATV systems.
    • Good Gain Performance: High small-signal gain, typically ≥20dB in common wavelength ranges like the C-band. Effectively amplifies optical signals, compensating for transmission losses. Features good spectral flatness with low ripple, ensuring uniform amplification for different wavelengths.
    • Low Noise Figure: Noise figure can be as low as ~5.0dB. Reduces noise introduced during amplification, ensures signal quality, improves system SNR, beneficial for long-haul, high-precision optical signal transmission.
    • Flexible Operating Modes: Supports multiple modes including ACC, APC, and AGC. Users can select based on actual needs to adapt to different working conditions and application requirements.
    • High Stability & Reliability: Incorporates cooled pump lasers, high-precision ATC, and APC circuits, effectively ensuring output power stability. Includes various protection functions like Automatic Laser Shutdown (ALS) and Automatic Reduced Power (ARP) mode to prevent damage from abnormal conditions, enhancing product reliability.
    • Convenient Control & Monitoring: Typically provides various communication interfaces (e.g., LVTTL, RS232) with PC software for remote configuration and monitoring. Allows users to check device status in real-time, set parameters, and troubleshoot.
