1550 nm PM EDFA for Polarization Maintaining Optical Systems
1550 nm 22 dBm Pm Edfa
The WSEELINK compact Pm Edfa operates across the 1528 to 1565 nm wavelength range.
Its output power range is 10 to 22 dBm, with a typical Noise Figure of 5.5 dB and polarization extinction ratio of approximately 20 to 23 dB.
The module uses a compact 907015 mm mechanical structure and supports LVTTL or RS232 communication.
Its 5 V power supply and compact size make it suitable for integration into optical equipment where installation space is limited.
Typical application directions include coherent optical communication, optical fiber sensing, quantum communication and precision optical measurement systems.
High Power PM EYDFA Up to 40 dBm
For systems requiring significantly higher optical output, WSEELINK also provides a polarization maintaining erbium ytterbium co-Doped Fiber Amplifier.
This PM EYDFA operates from 1540 to 1565 nm and supports output power from 20 to 40 dBm.
The product has a typical Noise Figure of approximately 5.5 dB and a polarization extinction ratio of about 18 to 20 dB.
Its mechanical size is 20014225 mm and it is designed for applications where both polarization maintaining performance and higher output power are required.
Which Amplifier Should Be Selected
The 22 dBm Pm Edfa is more suitable for systems that need moderate optical amplification in a compact package.
The high power PM EYDFA is more appropriate when significantly higher optical output power is required.
Before selecting a model, engineers should confirm the operating wavelength, input optical power, target output power, required polarization extinction ratio, connector type, supply voltage and communication interface.
Choosing the amplifier according to actual system requirements is more important than simply selecting the model with the highest output power.
Customized PM Fiber Amplifier Solutions
WSEELINK supports customization of fiber amplifier products according to different optical system requirements.
Available customization directions include output power, gain characteristics, wavelength range, communication interface, electrical interface and mechanical structure.
For technical evaluation, customers can provide their input optical power range, target output power, operating wavelength and polarization requirements.
This allows the Pm Edfa or PM EYDFA configuration to be matched more closely to the actual optical system.
