The 1U Rack-mount EDFA product features high integration, high performance, and high reliability, suitable for various fiber optic communication scenarios:
• Compact Size: Complies with 1U standard dimensions (~44.45mm height). Compact structure allows installation in standard racks, effectively saving room space, facilitating centralized placement and management with other comms equipment, improving space utilization.
• Stable Output Power: Uses highly reliable Pump lasers as core components, combined with unique APC and ATC circuits, ensuring high output power stability and consistent, stable optical signal amplification.
• Excellent Gain Performance: Typically features high gain, covering common wavelength ranges like the C-band, providing sufficient gain for optical signals. Some products include low-noise, high-flatness design to reduce signal distortion and improve transmission quality.
• Low Noise Figure: Utilizes optimized optical design and high-quality gain medium for low noise figure, typically around 5.0dB. Reduces noise introduced during amplification, helps improve system SNR, and ensures signal quality over long distances.
• Reasonable Thermal Design: Some products feature proprietary intelligent thermal management. When the unit temperature exceeds 35°C, a powerful fan activates; it stops below 30°C. Combined with professional airflow design, this ensures thermal stability and extends fan lifespan.
• Convenient Monitoring & Management: Equipped with comprehensive management interfaces (e.g., RS232, RJ45 Ethernet). Ethernet management is compatible with standard SNMP protocol.
